Can one person own the company?
Ownership and director requirements depend on the applicable rules and the proposed structure. The consultant will assess your intended setup before quotation.
Can I register while outside Zimbabwe?
Remote assistance may be possible if the required identity, address and authority information can be supplied. Any local-presence requirements will be explained during assessment.
Is tax registration included?
Only when it is listed in the approved quotation or selected package. Company registration and tax registration are shown as separate line items.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. Final acceptance, names and processing times remain subject to the responsible authority.
